Why we model conversion lift, not recovery

Cart abandonment tools — email sequences, retargeting ads — work after someone leaves your site. Their benchmarks (3–10% recovery rate) describe re-engagement of an already-gone visitor.

TWWIM works during the session, removing the friction that causes abandonment in the first place.
