Is the plugin production ready?: Yes. The WordPress plugin is live on wordpress.org/plugins/twwim-ai. The Shopify app was approved by Shopify in April 2026 and is available in the App Store. Both run in production today.
How fast can we go live?: Minutes. Install from the Shopify App Store or from WordPress.org, sign in inside the admin, the widget appears on your storefront. No theme edits, no manual setup.
Does it work without WooCommerce or Shopify?: Yes. The JavaScript snippet runs on any HTML page or framework. WooCommerce and Shopify additionally unlock automatic product sync.
Where does the data live?: EU servers. GDPR-compliant. Self-hosted is available on the Enterprise plan.
