Update: TWWIM Assistant - any language, your own content, source links
Three system-wide updates for every TWWIM shop: the assistant understands any language, answers from your own content, and links every reply to the source.
Three system-wide updates for every shop with TWWIM are live today. The assistant understands questions in any language, pulls answers from your shop content, and links every reply to the source.
What changed
- Cross-language is now standard. The assistant previously only handled German and English questions. With today's update it understands any language - Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, and more. The query still finds the matching content in your German or English material. Replies come in the visitor's language.
- Answers come from your own content. We swapped the language model for a stronger multilingual one. The assistant now hits your blog articles, product descriptions, and help pages much more precisely instead of giving generic answers.
- Source links in every reply. When the answer comes from a blog post or product page, the assistant adds a clickable link to that page - for example "more in our sizing guide." A short reply leads the visitor straight to the full page - useful SEO side effect.
Tested live: the same pricing question in German and in Spanish. Both came back with the correct answer and a working source link.
The update is active without any action on your side. If you have not installed TWWIM yet and want to see it live: the assistant on twwim.ai itself runs with the same update. Ask it what visitor intelligence is (the answer links to our Statistics post) or the same question in Spanish.
