Partner Program: built for integrators, not affiliate link-drops

We launched the TWWIM Partner Program on May 20, 2026. It is built for agencies and integrators who package TWWIM alongside their own services, not for affiliate link-droppers. Partners earn recurring commission for the lifetime of every referred customer, with terms agreed individually per partner.

Why we did not go affiliate

Affiliate programs work when the link itself is the work. A creator drops a code, an audience clicks through, a sale happens. For B2C this is fine. For integrators it is not.

An agency that brings a shop owner to TWWIM is doing real work. Scoping the integration, configuring the knowledge base, mapping the site structure, training the team. The handover is not a link, it is an engagement. A one-time signup payout ignores everything they actually do.

The integrators we have already spoken to all said the same thing in different words. "We do not need another affiliate offer in our inbox. We need a model that pays us for the lifetime of the customer, because we support that customer for the lifetime of the customer."

So we built that. Recurring commission, every billing cycle, for as long as the customer stays subscribed. The partner is paid because the partner keeps the customer alive.

How the program works

The mechanic has eight steps, and most of them happen once.

  • Application. A prospective partner submits the form at twwim.ai/partner. We talk about their client base and where TWWIM fits.
  • Agreement. We define the commercial terms together. Client discount, partner commission, cycle structure, eligible plans.
  • Invitation. The partner receives a one-time signed link with their negotiated terms encoded.
  • Onboarding. The partner accepts the invitation, registers in the Partner Portal, and gets a unique referral code plus a public registration link.
  • Referral. The partner shares the link with prospective clients. Typically embedded in proposals or sent in onboarding flows.
  • Conversion. A client signing up through the link automatically receives the partner-specific discount. The relationship is linked for the subscription lifetime.
  • Recognition. The system tracks every paid billing cycle and computes commission according to the agreed schedule. For subscriptions billed through Shopify, WooCommerce, or JTL, commission is calculated on the net revenue TWWIM receives after the platform takes its share, not on the gross sticker price.
  • Payout. Settled commissions are visible in the Partner Portal with a full audit trail. Cadence and method are part of the agreement.

After the agreement is signed, the partner mostly does the parts they were already doing. Selling to their clients, integrating TWWIM into the work, providing the first line of support. The rest runs automatically.

One detail worth being explicit about. If your client is billed through Shopify, the WooCommerce marketplace, or JTL, the platform keeps its standard revenue share before the rest reaches TWWIM. A client on a 100 USD plan billed via Shopify generates roughly 80 USD net for us. The partner commission you agreed runs on that 80 USD, not on the sticker price. Direct billing on twwim.ai has no platform layer, so the gross and net are the same.

Why we do not publish commission rates

Because there is no single rate. Each partner gets terms that match their model, and the dimensions we tune are:

  • Client discount profile. Flat or staged, percentage or fixed amount, across one or more billing-cycle ranges.
  • Partner commission profile. Flat or staged percentage of the paid subscription. Rates can differ across early, mid, and long-term phases.
  • Cycle structure. Number of distinct phases and where their boundaries sit. Introductory, growth, mature.
  • Plan eligibility. All paid plans, or a specific subset.
  • Duration. Indefinite recurring, or capped at a fixed number of cycles.
  • Stacking. Whether the partner discount may combine with platform-wide promotional campaigns.

A web agency in Frankfurt that runs Shopify integrations for D2C brands has different math than an accessibility consultant in Vienna who packages TWWIM into BFSG implementations. We treat that as a feature, not a problem.

Who it is for

The program is B2B by design. It is for organisations serving clients, not individuals.

  • Digital agencies and web dev studios. Especially those doing Shopify, WooCommerce, or JTL implementations.
  • IT consultancies. With e-commerce projects in their portfolio.
  • Accessibility consultants. Who package TWWIM as part of BFSG and EAA compliance work.
  • System integrators. Bundling multiple SaaS products into client stacks.
  • Shopify, Woo, JTL ecosystem experts. Who already advise brands on tooling and want recurring revenue from that advice.

If you are an individual user looking for a discount, this is not it. The partner discount lives inside an integrator relationship.

How to apply

Open twwim.ai/partner and submit the form. A short note about your agency, your client base, and where you see TWWIM fitting is enough. The submission lands on our admin surface and starts the qualification conversation.

We launched on May 20. The first agreements are in flight. If you have a client base that would benefit from an OnSite AI Agent on their shop, and you want to be paid for keeping that client live rather than only for the introduction, this is the model we built for you.
